I cannot seem to remove the plastic adjustment screw from the OEM housing to separate it and transfer to the Morimoto.



Any tips on how the screw comes out?

Yes. Look inside the bracket where the white OEM screw passes thru. On the inside you’ll see 2 pinch tabs on the sides of the screw that keep it from fully unscrewing from the bracket. You need to pinch those two tabs together while unscrewing; I used a pair of small needle nose pliers.

That's a tough reach, I need to get some smaller pliers as mine don't quite fit.

It’s tight... but, I unscrewed it as far as it would go and then popped off one of the pivots which allowed me to flex the plastic screw enough to reach the pinch tabs. It works... just gotta work it some. Good luck!
