Morning start issue

Morning only on first start - 4Runner turns over fine but immediately dies. Yesterday changed fuel filter and did the Seafoam clean through the vacuum hose. Same thing this am. Only happens at first start in morning. Suggestions for what to check next?

I'd carefully clean the MAF (with maf cleaner only) and consider running some seafoam or other alcohol additive to help clean out intake, combustion chambers of carbon. Changed plugs/wires recently? Luck! :cowboy:

Yes on plugs. Did a few months ago when I replaced the valve cover gasket.

Did seafoam yesterday.

Will do MAF today.

Thanks for the IAC info. I cleaned the MAF and problem solved. I'll look at the IAC when I have a free morning.
