nuedo is most likely from Canada and was surfing the canadian version of MSN's carpoint. Either that or they were directed toward a link on the canadian website. You can, however, find the identical article with american pricing if you look.

Just look at the root of the link they gave
"en.autos.sympatico.msn.ca"

The ".ca" means Canada.
