motor help plzzz

i have a 87 4runner n the motor went and i really want to keep it it has a 22re fuel injected motor i found some one sell a 22re fuel injected motor out of a 93 4x4 pick up...my question is will it just go in n pulg up the the 87 harness or do i need to modify anything...if any one has any input it will be appricated plz message me..or email or if local (long island ny) call or text

not exactly sure of the differences between 87 and 93 but there was a generation gap in there. Some of the newer 22res have different sensor possitions. you should be able to use the old harness but may need to extend a few connectors for sensors. most should just snap right on tho. if your not good at electrical it might be easier to get a new harness. Again im not sure of those 2 years differences but i do know some newer years have different sensors

There was a change to the EFI intake around 92, so you may have a problem there.
You may have to do some minor mods here and there,
