Motor Swap 1990 to ?

PLZ HELP!!! MY FIRST Motor Swap

<I'ma noob if this isn't right sorry. I don't know about all the smog crap and vaccuum lines and so on. But they are different. So what I am trying to say is HELP! What intake manifold should i use the old one that hooks right up to all my old stuff or the new one. I had to take them off both motors to save my old wireharness. And the new one is cut should I use the old one or splice the new one in? O yea and my old intake manifold looks way better than the new one. The new one looks like it was a beach motor corrosion like a MoFo Just the throttle body and top portion of the intake.

I need HELP. I have alot of questions... I already bought the 3vz No turning back. Main ECU wire is cut. Splice in the new one or use my old one? Also how do i find out what year my new motor is?

I also don't know what intake manifold to use I took off the old one to save my wireharness. And I took off the new one so i could put on my headers. I am so confused with all the smog and vaccuum advance lines the years are different so i dont know what goes where. I live in California Smog is a b*tch
