Motor swap help ? Please

ok i got a 85 that has a 22r in it my buddy ran it out of oil i got another 85 motor but its a 22re how hard is it to convert it to efi or would it be just faster to take the intake off my blown 22r and take the intake off of the 22re and bolt the 22r intake on the 22re block i need help what do you guys think?

will a 22re wiring hearness go on a 22r cab like as in take the 22r motor harness of and click the 22re harness on? is it that easy or is there a catch?
