Motor swap

What is a good motor/trans combo to put in my 93' T4R? I need power and something that can take a real beating.

4.3 V6 and a 700R4 trans

Or a 350 V8 and 700R4

Plenty of other options, Search a little.

Or the Supra 5 or 7mge sixes

He has a 93, so that narrows it down to the 3.slo or 22RE.

I was talking the 3rz for a swap. Honestly I like 4 bangers, don't know why. The stock 3rz is as powerful as a pretty heavily modified 22re and has some better mpgs.
Obviously if you are wanting power get a 3.4 or a GM motor, I guess it just depends on your needs.

Lol my bad man, for some reason I thought you were the OP. I misread it, but yeah if he wants to keep it a 4 banger the 3rz is still a good choice.
