2000 4Runner Limited (w/e-locker)

Quick intro: Mountain State Overland is a group of explorers setting out to find and film interesting destinations throughout the Appalachian Mountains. We have wrapped up a season of filming for 2014 and the vehicles are currently being built up with gear we have obtained through some of the best partners/sponsors you could imagine.

The 4Runner as you see it is essentially bare bones stock (163,000 on the dial). She is about to get a serious face lift for the 2015 Video Series (stay tuned).

Wow, that is the saggiest rear end I've seen yet on a 3rd gen. Looking forward to the build.

I checked out several of the videos on Mountain State Overland website. Interesting videos. (in a good way) Wish I was closer to mountains and the "back country".

Thanks ladies and gents. My rear is a little saggy despite working out, but its all good. More to come in a couple days. OLD MAN EMU is involved, as is ARB. Good times to come!!

front end getting some old man emu love as well. Went with the "prado" front springs as recommended by Matt with ARB4X4 USA. Designed for holding front end weight. The rear OME's are 890's, plenty stiff for holding a lot of cargo weight.

I was totally looking at the old man emu setup last night but could never find were to buy the front and rear setup for the 3rd gen. What site did u order from

We actually worked directly with ARB USA to complete our OME suspension updates. They were top notch to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. Nice being able to explain what your needs are in a vehicle and have them answered precisely. ARB 4x4 Accessories - Winch Bumpers, Tire Carriers, Air Locker, Air Compressor, Old Man Emu Suspension, Recovery Gear, Rooftop Tent, Snorkel, LED Lighting. Give them a call, im sure they can hook you up!

Will do I'll contact them, and go from there its getting spring time, and this winter exploration has yielded me needing a update to some of my suspension parts. I've watched most of your video's on your site and find it interesting that terrain u guys are in are very similar to neck of the woods, really enjoyed watching.
