Hey T4R! It's been a fun year exploring our backyard here on the East Coast. We've logged some serious miles on the T4R this year and built a few videos that we'd like to share. With hopes, maybe you'll head this way and explore what the Appalachian Mountains has to offer!

S2E1: 4 States 4 Days - Part 1 In this episode of Mountain State Overland, the team kicks off Season 2 with an overland trip from southern WV to Laurel Bed Lake in southwestern VA. This is the first leg of a two part adventure across four states.

S2E2: 4 States 4 Days - Part 2 In this episode of Mountain State Overland, the team leaves VA to explore eastern TN and western NC. Their trip will end in Boone, NC and they're stopping in to learn a little bit about what sustainability means Lost Province Brewing Company.

2000 4Runner Limited (w/e-locker)

Quick intro: Mountain State Overland is a group of explorers setting out to find and film interesting destinations throughout the Appalachian Mountains. We have wrapped up a season of filming for 2014 and the vehicles are currently being built up with gear we have obtained through some of the best partners/sponsors you could imagine.

The 4Runner as you see it is essentially bare bones stock (163,000 on the dial). She is about to get a serious face lift for the 2015 Video Series (stay tuned).

Saw some people asking about the 3rd gen updates so figured I'd post as I came here looking for the same.

I watched their seasons and from what I can tell the guy that drove the 3rd gen isn't on the latest season. They are still using a 4Runner (build here), but haven't seen the 3rd gen on any newer episodes unfortunately. I like watching their earlier seasons because of the 3rd gen and because those vehicles were something my budget could handle. Good videos though!
