Mounted new Revo 2s today

I went tire shopping this morning, not intentioned to buy tires (does this make sense?...it was my way of consuming a large BK Turbo coffee).

Anyway...I was focussed on Firestone Destinations. They offered a "buy three get one free" on Revos...not on the Destinations. It was almost $700 either way. Firestone didn't offer any credit on my Bridgestone HTs.

I stopped in at Discount Tire and they gave me a trade in on my factory HTs and I was out the door at $610 with a new set of Revo 2s.

I went with the stock tire size. The interesting thing is that they appear much larger than the stock HTs.

Right now, I have them at 38 pounds and they feel great. But, I'll have to drive them during the week to dial in on the right pressure. I had these tires on my Titan. But, we'll have to see how they work with the runner.

So far so good.

LOL...your sig line made me laugh....worst thing I ever did was get rid of my Titan two years ago...and same deal, only had about 5,000 miles on the Revo'sII when I traded it for a CX-9 (but I'll let ya boot me in the a$$ later):lmao:

The bright side of it is it lead me to the 4Runner....which I really, really love!

I put the Revo's on last month and love them...got the E range, running about 45 lbs...very happy!

Anyone know if the REV 2 can fit on the 20" limited wheels without any safety issues. Is the exact size available for the limited?

Yep. There is another guy on this forum that has a Limited with Revo 2s. He posted pics. It looks great.

I enjoyed the Titan. But, driving 25k miles a year was not working for me. I was getting thank you letters from OPEC. It only averaged about 15mpg blended. I'm getting about 21 now with lots of highway miles.
