Mounting bolts question for running boards...

I'm about to replace my SR5/stock running boards with the nerf bars from an SE. Couple of questions:

1. My 4R is an 06 - will any 4th gen SE 4R's nerf bars be okay,

2. The mounting bolts are missing. Do the standard running boards use the same bolts/equipment, so I can reuse?
