Mounting Thule or Yakima style bars to T Track rack?

I am looking for a mounting solution to install a set of 72” bars on my Sherpa rack. I have the Needle version and would like to haul two full size canoes.

I’ve considered using just round bars and coming up with something that would allow me to quickly detach them from the 4R as I don’t want to roll with 72” bars all the time. Round bars are a bonus as I have a couple set of the Yakima gunnel brackets which are awesome for hauling canoes.

Have any of you come up with a good mounting solution? Ideally, any solution would allow for a quick detach if possible.

I had 72" Thule bars for this exact scenario on my 2010 4Runner. I never used them in the 4 years I had them. haha
