MS Office product ID ?

I have two copies of MS Office 2000. Two product IDs on the booklets. when I open Word, it is a different product ID. I want to keep the software with the laptop, not sure which one is correct. MS Office 2000 Smalll Business.

an idea is to upgrade. thats an old and out-dated version.

but try either ID it wont matter. ms does not do a very good audit job so if it takes youre golden.

Well, it is an old lappy. My main machine is Off 2003 w/ 2007 capatibilty. Just found a third copy, going thru boxes of software from many years. Some were free with Dell laptops. Just got a utility that will tell me version ID and Code ID. My new back up build is OpenOffice on XP, dual boot Ubuntu.
