Okay the rattling noise that I was hearing coming from under the runner was actually cause by the roof rack because it was just a bit loose the noise traveled down and let it out on some other place under the runner I know I didn't believe it myself when he was explaining it to me but he showed me the cross bars he took off then we went for a test drive and the noise was gone and yes I felt like an idiot but I tell you the noise was coming from under the front end somewhere....roof rack didn't even cross my mind..so noise does travel that is just weird..anyhow thought I would share my expensive story from the dealer it was worth it nice and quite now......
