Anybody have any experience if say Cooper ST Pros MT in Es will flat spot if vehicle is left parked for a long time? Mine is garaged and is just becoming a fun vehicle for off roading and as such doesnt get out much these days. I have the Coopers at about 40-42psi. ANy issues in them flat spotting if it sits to long?

Ive had this issue on performance cars in the past and it was a pain, not sure on E rated MTs though

Thanks for any info :D

Yes I have had that issue with those tires, though on a different vehicle. The flat spots went away if I drove the truck far enough for the tires to get good and warm.

Thanks appreciate the post. Did you ever end up using those pillow type cushions or similar that tires sit on to stop flat spots? Never seen them used on a MT tire.. just low profile car tires and stuff.

I never really thought about it, to be honest. I’d drive for 20 minutes and the flat spots would go away. But if I were worried about it I’d put the truck on jack stands and get the weight off the tires. Or just move the vehicle once a week.
