I have the same cam and also ran the cord through the molding and dash to the outlet. Works great and I'm very pleased with it. I've had it about a year with no issues.

Good call. I was just going to post about tool box drawer liner and spray adhesive in those stupid cubbies. Your template will make that super easy. $5 for the drawer liner and $5 for a can of Super 77 spray adhesive.
And for a suggestion no one has done yet, FJ Cruiser D Rings to replace the coat hooks... or you can go to the next level and do a paracord frame using those D rings and hang a 28"x28" bungee net off it...
$10 ea for the D rings and maybe $20 in paracord, velcro wraps cut to size, and the bungee net.
Thanks for the suggestions on the D-Rings. Installed them yesterday. The only ones I could find are a little bigger but will work the same. Why doesn't it come from the factory with these? The hooks are almost useless.
I picked up a sunshade from PepBoys pretty cheap and it fits fine for me (Standard, not jumbo). Bottom corners are open a little but otherwise it works great. These are 2pcs but since they're standard size they fit folded perfectly in the door pocket.

Yes, its also illegal to have over 35 or 37% on your front driver and passenger windows and drive over the speed limit here, but people do it anyways. You can get tint on the windshield that is very light, but blocks out a ton of heat.
Can't recommend doing something illegal, but I'll say my black leather interior is actually tolerable and not even close to as hot as it was before my windshield, front window, and sunroof tint. Doing limo tint on the sunroof was the best car mod I've ever done.
I've heard putting tint on your sunroof can lead to them blowing up?
Is this sarcasm? What do you mean by blowing up? Sorry if I'm just missing something. I've never had a problem with it.

I have been thinking of this for some time. Here is CO the sun can be really intense and most of the time I leave the sunshade closed. With the limo tinting, I assume between 5-15%, do you feel it still gives a good airy feel to the cabin?
I've actually heard about them shattering when tinted too. I've never tinted any of my sunroofs before because of this.
No sarcasm. Google search "tint sunroof". You'll see tons of results.

Just picked up my new TRD ORP and there was nothing in the cargo area to protect the carpet. I'm pretty sure I want the OEM, Weathertech, or Husky liner for the back, but I'm hoping someone springs for one of those as a Christmas present. In the meantime I needed something to line the back, so this is what I came up with.
Bought this mat from Lowe's on sale for $3.24:

It's got a rubber backing and the color matches the back of my 4Runner well, and I simply cut it to the correct width with a straight edge and utility knife. Should serve its purpose quite well for what I need right now, and it should flatten out better once it settles in:
