It's an Aussie bull bar brand called Rally Speed. You could get these bumpers on the 80 Series Land Cruisers from the factory when they were sold. Basically like a knockoff ARB, but mine is aluminum! Super lightweight.

Looks great, but it would seem your torsion bars need an adjustment quite badly.

I can dig up the service manual information and numbers in order for you to level them out. I had planned to create a post anyway, as there is a ton of misinformation on the subject floating around the internet.
