My 2004 with 22's and painted bumpers

Finally got around to painting my bumpers black to match, also upgraded to 22's. Thanks Razor for your help - It rides so much better than I though it would!!! The wheels are the same ones The Razor has, Eagle 026's with 285/40/22 Falkens.

Good color choice, looks sick. I didn't like the silver accents on the 03 and 04. That is one of the reasons I waited for 05. I have never regretted it since. Plus I did debage my black 4Runner and never looked back. Rims look nice too.

Not exactly my flavor...but not my car so more power to you! Looks very sleek.

Not sure if you are aware, but that middle bumper section is removeable, if you desire, might make painting it easier (or harder).

People who put big rims on their truck don't realize how much rolling mass they also added and don't seem to care or are unaware of the reduced performance that comes with oversize wheels.

Thought about it but I will probably sell the truck in 06 and dont want to take anything away from the resale value, Most people would prob think it has been repainted if the badges are gone... It would look good though.

I am aware of the extra weight and do not plan on upgrading the brakes, I will just drive a little slower.

Cleric - I started to remove the center pieces to paint them and decided it would be easier to mask them.

No problemo! I hate to say it but I think those wheels look better on your truck then mine. Must be the color. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Only if you provide a full time detailer to keep it clean for me.(LOL!) I don't know if your considering an exhaust but I think the magnaflow would really set it off with the polished tips shooting out of the side.

I need to get started on doing my interior at this point. I'm looking to get the black marble swirl dash trim kit and do a custom leather suede interior with seat heaters in the front to set it off a bit.

Your 4runner looks great. If you want to debadge it, you can buy the side decals and put them back on when you sell or trade it it, thats what I plan to do. It would look even better debadged.
