My 4Runner at 265,000

Hey all, havent posted in a while and wanted to show off my 4runner as it sits at exactly 265,000 miles! Original engine and transmission, no accidents, and in perfect running condition and outstanding condition cosmetically,

Feel free to check my link to my build in my signature but here are the highlights!

- TRD rims with 265/70/16 rugged trail tires.
- Full tint including moon roof
- Bull bar
- Plasti dip front grill
- Roof rack with 6 spot lights
- Tail light guards
- Gobi rear ladder
- Window visors
- Pioneer double din radio with backup camera
- LED tail lights that look oem style
- Remote start using factory remote (hit lock 3X to start)
- and more!

Oh, and there is NO LIFT. But clearly I did take off the running boards.

Looks good man! Awesome job on taking care of it. I know you said it has no lift but is it still on stock suspension or have the shocks been replaced?

I replaced the original shocks recently at about 250,000. I went with monroe since I do a ton of highway driving and dont really off road.

In the 4 yrs of ownership I also replaced the timing belt, water pump, rear axel seals, and valve cover gasket. besides that is been super dependable. Ive towed trailers 600 miles from LA to Arizona in 115 degree weather without a glitch!

Did you get new tint all the way around or just have the front doors and sunroof tinted to match the rest? If just matched, what percentage was it? Looks great!

All the windows in the rear and sun roof are limo tint. The front 2 side windows are whatever the next lightest shade they offered, probably in the 20% range if I had to guess but cant remember

Great example of what you can do with a 4Runner at stock suspension. It's surprising on how much it can handle straight off the factory floor with no mods.

Plus it saves gas if you keep the tires/suspension at stock height!
