My 4Runner w/ Accessory

After some detailing I attached my favorite accessory to my 4runner. I think they make a good pair.

Nice..I can't believe how good these 4runner tow...I just bought a 18 ft runabout and the runner tows better than my Tundra....

That's a damn nice yard accessory. I wish I had the $ to get that ... nice boat and trailor too.

Boat + Trailier + Gear is around 4500lbs. Then add 3-4 people riding with me in the 4runner. The two ramps I launch at are 0.8miles away (private) and 30 miles away.

The runner tows surprisingly well. Power-wise it has plenty of torque to get it up nearly a 45degree hill (maybe really 20-30, its steep and .1-.2 mile long) I take to get to the private ramp. Weight-wise the boat can jerk it a little on the bumps, but not uncomfortably.

One of the other owners has a 5.3L Tahoe; its a little smoother but not any faster
