got her professionally detailed... they got almost ALL the scratches from wheeling out. geez, she looks brand new.

a cab driver stopped next to me at a light and was like "did you just buy that?" :laugh:

i love it.

Looks AWESOME Lee! If I may ask, who did it, and how much??? What exactly did they do???

I've always wondered if getting it professionally detailed would be worth it, since I am always babying the truck anyway>???

this auto grooming place in quincy, ma (by my work) did it... they clayed, waxed and polished... got almost all my wheeling scars out! :)
 
That looks great. It looks better than new. I am not sure why you had a picture of a Grand Cherokee and Mustang with all those great pictures of your 4Runner. Maybe you secretly want a Grand Cherokee.:p

PS- One of these days I'll be coming up for a NEROC off road trip. Can't make 9/10 though :(

it was $100. no interior, no. but they did an amazing job on the undercarriage and engine, and the paint looks literally brand new.

you gotta come out with us... would love to wheel with a 4th genner :)
 
its a westin.

i hate it at this point, but its my fault :D i wheeled with it and it bent and basically just sucks right now.

im gonna leave it on till like march/april as a parking-guard during the winter (when no wheeling occurs) and then throw a tjm on at that point.

i already have a third of the price of a tjm saved up :)
 
I wished Toyota would have stuck with the chrome bumpers on the 4th generations. This plasticky stuff just doesn't look good nor does it provide any parking bumper protection.

Oh yeah.....your truckie looks wonderfully!;):

you can see the drivers side front damage (flare knocked off) due to wheeling and someone in a lot who hit me.

im putting a tjm on in the next couple weeks though :)
 
Still looking good Lee. At least you can count on me for not giving you any sh*t about a nice detailing job every now and then. There is nothing contradictory about having an off-roader and shining it up every now and then. Have a beer for me this Saturday if I don't make it.
 
hahah yea i agree.. no one gave me too much sh*t, in the end.. :)

ill do that probably once a year to remove wheeling scars and keep her paint healthy :arrow:

tjm will be ordered this weekend!
