My 5th Gen's Doing a Funny Thing

So my truck won't start for some reason. It turns over twice, like "ra, ra" and then just stops. The battery isn't dead, I'm not sure what the issue is. I push the start button and it turns twice without catching and just quits. It's done it about 10 times now. Battery is definitely not dead.

I was wiring some roof rack lights, two small LED reverse lights prior to it.

check all fuses...see if you have any engine codes...take a look at the FSM... What area(s) were you working in??

car not starting ins't funny! what was the fix? Was it a blown fuse or something?

Not pressing the brake? Dual Battery Set-up on the wrong switch?

If he was doing electrical, I'll guess he didn't tighten the battery terminal after.

So you have to have an accessory 12v for the Kodiak Dual Battery setup to work which I had tapped in the fuse box under the dash to the left of the driver. While I was running the wire for my rack lights I managed to pull out the "Add-A-Fuse".

I did find that before I put everything back together but I managed to plug it into the wrong slot in the fuse box. It was a dead slot so I guess that what caused the weird starting issue. As soon as I switched it back, everything worked fine.

Case closed.
