Toyota didn't really need to do anything. They just gave a shout out to Apple, with the Mac Book Pro, and the $$$ started to fall like rain.

Jokes aside, love the TRD Pro colors. Just a funny marketing name for basically any consumer product.

Like... yo... I am a PRO-fessional Mac Book and Toyota Racing Development consumer.. hehe

Oh c'mon. A lot of the posts were made in jest because he titled it an "adventure". I wouldn't call a 6 months search for a TRD Pro an "adventure". Maybe if he posted this in the TRD Pro thread which already exist instead of creating a new thread then he wouldn't have gotten so much flak. Just saying.

The color and appearance package sold it on me. Had I got an SR5, I likely would have upgraded the wheels/tires and shocks/springs, but this was less hassle for me. Pros are not cost effective, but, I like the color over the present SR5 choices. The hood scoop is only tolerable, seems to block my view. I might consider replacing the hood. About my "Pro" comments and truck capability, I'll admit to doing a bit of trolling there. Overall, a good upgrade to my Trooper.

Well congrats, if I had the money and time I would have gotten a pro! I love that color, but luckily my silver paint doesn't show scratches as easily.
