My '99 Pics

I owned a '99 SR5 for almost a year and traded it recently on a pristine '02 Limited.
Never got around to posting pics of the '99 so here are a few. When the weather breaks here in Ohio I'll take some pics of the '02.

Here is a pic with the new wheels I put on. They came off a 2006 Tacoma. The orignal wheels were a little pitted. I'm kinda anal about the wheels on my cars, kinda like ugly shoes. Nothin' worse than seeing a beautiful girl in scrubby lookin' black combat boots.

Did you know that you can get your original wheels refurbished to look brand new? In fact, they would end up better than new because they would not only be completed re-machined, but also any silver paint would actually be powdercoated, and then the entire wheel would be powdercoated with a clearcoat finish.

I really like the design of your original wheels, so I probably would have gone that route instead. Do you still have the wheels?

Yes I do. Where can I get them refinished? As I said in the post, I traded the '99 (with the new wheels) so I still have the old ones in my garage. I like the looks of them better than the ones on the '02 I have now.
BTW, got the Taco wheels on Ebay for about $100 apiece. Dealer wanted $225 I think.

Looks good dano, I have the same Tacoma wheels on my 4Runner. I really like them, but I had to add wheel spacers to push them out a bit. I liked my split 3 spoke wheels (same ones you have) but I got the Tacoma wheels for free. I painted them black.

No need for the spacers on my '99 since it didn't have the fender flares. I would have needed them if I put those wheels on the '02 Limited though.
