I'm a member at TW and ordered through there. I should have mine by Saturday, but it's way too hot to expect the adhesive to stick, so I'm waiting to install.

I just ordered my kit, and I am planning on doing the install as soon as it comes in. One quick question for you. When you installed the plunger switch, did you have to drill out the hole or did you just remove one of the clips that holds the trim piece in place? And if you put in in place of the clip did you put it through the metal support as well? Might it hinder removal of the trim in the future?

I just installed mine. I installed the plunger in the headlight mount. Just removed the plastic piece and cut a hole in the splash guard for the plunger to go through.

Cant that throw the headlights out of alignment? Im used to old school cars where you use those bolts to level the beams...

I do have question for the guys who have done this mod , has anyone used electric tape for the exposed wire connector on the on/off switch ? :bump2:

I don't have pics, but it won't throw your aim off since the adjusters are separate from the mounts. If you google "anti dark install video" they have a YouTube vid of the install on a Tacoma. This is how he mounts it.

On my truck i just ended up pulling out a clip out and bore out the hole enough on the plastic cover for the switch to contact the steel

If you're concerned about it being exposed i'd suggest some liquid tape, as i did the same just have to be careful to not drip any on other parts
