My build begins!!....

So after help and comments/suggestions from many helpful members i have decided on my plan of action.

I have the newer ARB Deluxe Bumper on its way. I also have a Warn 9.5xp and LR UCA on their way as well.

For my suspension i will be removing my Daystar 2.5/1.5 spacers and installing a Radflo 2.5 setup with the OW valving that everyone has been happy with. I was going to do a OME or TT ultimate but was talked into the radflo for just a bit more cost.

I have the front swaybar relocation kit and diff drop. I don't know if i will use the diff drop or just remove the front sway bar. The Front coil overs will either be the 650 or 700 Lbs rated springs. I have yet to decide.

i also am going to be doing a dual battery setup. I just haven't decided on the isolator i will be using. I will be upgrading to odysessy Batteries.

What else should i get? I just want to have eveything ready to go.

I just need to get a ridgid industries LED light bar, but thats not as important right now.

Once everything is installed and aligned i plan to head the Pine Barrons for some testing.

I liike to install front and rear lockers but don't know how involved the installation is and if it be bettert to have a 4x4 shop to do if for me instead

HAVE PEOPLE UPGRADED THEIR ALTERNATORS OR HAVE ANY TYPE OF IDLE INCREASING DEVICE WHILE WINCHING?

PLEASE LEAVE ME COMMENTS AND ANY SUGGESTION YOU MAY HAVE FROM THOSE THAT HAVE BENN THROUGH THE PROCESS ALREADY.

Luna makes a nice battery isolator setup.

You got a nice build going on. Synthetic line on the Warn? I didn't see rock sliders or skid plates listed?

This is going to be a sweet build! How about a cargo drawer system for trail tools and gear that you keep in your runner.

Sliders are next on the list. Got wire rope on the warn. I trust it more at this point. Maybe when the wire rope goes in a few years...Possibly by then the syntheic rope will be lower in price.

I'm a HVAC service tech and have 4 sets in various sizes of heavy duty aluminum storage draws (500 lbs per drawer) in my van from american van where i will be getting a set or two for my cargo area when i figure out a good configuration config!

After watching a wire rope snap in Moab a few years ago and seeing the damage it created I won't use a wire one anymore. There was no known damage to the wire as the trail leaders inspected the whole groups winch wires (unspool and respool), suspension, etc in camp 2 days prior.

lockers aren't that technically involved, you can order pre-built/re-gear&locked front IFS housings and rear 3rd members from a company called Drivetrain Specialists East Coast Gear Supply you order your differentials however you want them they ship them out to you ready to install, then you ship your old differentials back as a core charge. They put a 5 year rack and pinion install warranty on all their builds. Call ECGS if you become interested I definitely recommend asking for chase he's a pretty awesome sales rep he can answer any questions you may have also I would place my order over the phone.

when you get them it's just a matter of swapping parts for parts the most technical that it becomes is when you have air lockers you have to mount a compressor as well as run wires and switches. Then run air lines to each axle.
