My First 4Runner

Hey everybody! After digging through this awesome website over the past month I figured it was time to post my "new" 4Runner on here. About a month ago I found a great 2002 SR5 with 164,000 miles on it. So far i've only removed the running boards but there is a long list of mods which i'll start on soon!

Removing the running boards sure does alot that's by far my favorite mod

That'd be great! For now I'll be making sure all the maintenance needed will be finished. I just received a new Denso radiator and I'll soon be buying a transmission cooler and a set of 265/75/16 tires. I'm leaning towards either the duratracs or the T/A KO2s. After that i'll be moving on to the lift!

I found it on amazon. Price was great, hoping I didn't buy a total piece if junk

I get a lot of stuff from amazon. Just got to shop around, and read reviews on the products. Like last week I found some optima battery's for a great price on here but when you read the reviews, most peoples battery's were crapping out within 2-3 months. Turns out they were a old manufacture date batteries were already way old.

Yeah I think it's a hit or miss when it comes to buying auto parts on amazon although I don't think I can argue with the price of that tranny cooler!

After all the dealer fees and taxes it came to exactly 10,000. It's a one owner car serviced every 3000 miles. I figured I would pay a little more just for that

They were asking 12,000 originally. I know I probably paid a little too much for it but I'm happy with my purchase.
