My fog lights don't seem to work?

Feel free to call me stupid, but the lights next to the turn signals in my lower bumper don't work. I assume these are supposed to be fog lights but what do I know. Is there a button inside the truck to activate them? If I am missing something then please fill me in. Sorry for this ignorant and funny question on my behalf.

Check on the turn signal stalk -- I believe the switch is over there. I have one of the few 4th gen 4Runners without fog lights, so I'm not 100% certain.

Thanks for the tip on that. I've never bothered to look at the foglights until today when I installed my sliverstars. I'll check out the stalk first thing in the morning.

Jharris was correct. There is a slider switch on the same stalk as the headlights and turn signals are on. It is right next to where you turn on the headlights. Just slide that part of the stalk to "on." Just to note, the foglights only come on with the regular headlights. They will not turn on if the parking lights are on, the headlights are off or if you have the highbeams on.
