Hi everyone, about a month ago i posted a thread named "My Heater Doesn't Work" and people replied with their suggestions and ideas, which was great. Specially "estorvito" he/she has been a great help.
Today i decided to open my center console and try to see if their is something minor. I checked the two hoses coming from the engine and both of them were Warm (Normal) then looked under the Glove Comp. and found the wires normal. Finally, after opening the console, i found that the adjuster's wire under the assembly was bent and was not opening the vent completely. After fixing it and putting it back in place(as shown in pix below) my heater was blowing fire
one of the happiest things happened to me in last couple of days. Just check the pix and you'll figure it out.
Thnx guys, love the forum. And my special thnx to
estorvito...
Step 1. I learned that when my truck was broken into, they(f***ers) pull my knobs out so they don't break them.
Four screws around the white assembly BEFORE you pull the black console off.
Like the picture shows. Small problem
Fixed and good to go!
