My mods so far. Any suggestions?

So I have been doing some small mods since about august, but of course I wanna do more. So suggestions and feedback are welcomed.


Things I have done.

Blacked out emblems
Blacked out grill
Tires painted black
Clear corners/turns
Rola Roof Basket


I wanna throw some poly spacers in soon due to the fact it is a 2wd, but not sure what to get.

looks good so far dude but ya i would say u should get the lift next... I have a 2wd but went with the OME and im very happy but if u wanna get the spacers since they are cheaper then i say go for it!

a mild lift and some sliders and you would be set, i know it's a 2wd but teh stance just looks a bit weak, imo, and the sliders would look good with the white and blacked out emblems, If you get the right ones they also double as a step and work as armor as well.

also taco whip mod the black one to match the rest of the black stuff and the wind deflectors for the windows would look good as well

but you got to ask yourself what do i like? and what will i get the most bang for my buck for, like if you don't off road you might be better off spending the money on that sweet stereo unit you've had your eye on, or a tint job, wind deflectors for the windows or something else along those lines.

hey elton why are the 99 head lights so cool? why not the 2000's or newer?

just asking becuase my 99's head lights are not doing to well and it's time to get new lenses, so i may be just swapping the whole assy or getting new lenses if there is nothing better out there.....

Yeah a lift is definitely in order. Spacers are probably not the best choice id rather go with a OME or something like that. Your 2wd build is very inspiring though. Ive followed it some!

A lift is in major need. And havent though about sliders but that would be awesome. I do find myself taking it off on trails and camping a lot so it would be beneficial. Thanks for the feedback

OME wasnt in my plans either at first but the spacers were just a 50/50 good and bad though in my mind so i saved up and im very pleased with the OME setup tho im bout to change the rear to 9 wrap LC coils since i want more height.

I think sliders are nice but if u have more things want then u should go for it... not sure i think each person has their own list which consists of basically the same mods but in a different order.

Definitely should black out your bumpers since your grill/emblems are blacked out. With all do respect, the front end kinda looks funny with a chrome bumper and center grill blacked out.

SR5 fender flares for sure if you're thinking about it! They make the vehicle in my opinion.

Thanks for the advice man, its all slowly coming together. I agree on the black bumper, i wanna get rid of the chrome. And we'll see if i can hunt down some fenders for relatively cheap.
