That's an aftermarket spoiler, it has the LED brake lights under the spoiler and also has the original brake light on the tailgate.

The 2005 factory spoiler has a big hump on the top and the brake light isn't LED and is on the face of the spoiler. Unfortunately Toyota doesn't offer the spoiler as a post-production option, so that's where the aftermarket spoiler comes in. They're very similar, but it's pretty much the only option if you want the spoiler added after production.

It's not the factory-installed spoiler, but I think it's just as nice -- perhaps even better looking -- than the '05-style spoiler. The LEDs are an additional plus.

There have been numerous posts about adding factory spoilers after vehicle delivery. Spoiler requires some cutting/drilling, but can and has been installed on a couple of vehicles. The spoiler is for appearance only... Most people say they don't notice a difference in clearing the backwindow with the spoiler or without, and the height and angle would not produce any measurable downforce.
