Well, Im new to the board so id like to say hello! First off im 17, live in new delhi india for the last 2 years of high school. Im finally graduating in 9 days, yes im counting down, and... My dad just got me a new 4runner!
Well actually first i was in san diego over winter break, and i bought a 2004 white V6 4x4 limited... and it was mine.. but then, my dad left india for his new job and decided he wanted to "borrow" my car... he liked it so much he decided it would be a good car for my mom and went out and bought me a 2005 SR5 4X4 V6! In silver... i havnt seen it yet but will on june first and i am sooooo exciited!
I love the 4runners cuz they are everything i need! I am very into backpacking, fly fishing, scuba, and pretty muh any outdoor activity. Im going to school in san dego at USD in seoptember and my car is in CT. my friend and i will be road tripping in auguest from CT to WY to CA flyfishing, back packing and off roading.
I got interested in this board because i was so upset because i couldnt find anything on upgrading the 2005 but here i found out that there are quite a few options!
What would you all suggest for someone like me and something that is not too expensive,,,
I am already looking.thinking about getting an exaust (suggestions?) air filter (KandN) and new tires (was thinking BFG AT but here i found out about the Revo... what do you suggest? )
