My new wax

EZ Detailer works like a charm. I've been using this for almost 4 months now. In the past 4 months i've been observing my rig how this product works. That's why i haven't been postwhoring in here. lol:lmao:

I still wash and dry before i spray this good stuff. Sawry i have no pics. I already lost 3 cameras in a year. I'm NOT advertising their product or encouraging you replace what you use. So use at your discretion.

Now with my experience, this product works with everything (plastic, chrome, windows, door panels, interior, dash). I haven't tried it on leather (afraid to do so). During the rain, water beads and drips and also evaps when the sun shines. After the rain, there's barely any water or dust spots on the hood. This product costs, but it's worth my money. :trophy:

Looks pretty interesting though their website doesn't really sell me much. Have any before/after pics? How'd you get hooked up with that stuff anyway? Price doesn't seem too bad broken down by can (about $10 each) but looks like you have to order 6 at a time from them. Always looking for new stuff to use though.

I just picked up some of the Meguiar's Ulimate Wash & Wax that I'm really anxious to try. I was using their Gold Class before but I'm about 1/2 out so thought I'd try this one since it was on sale.

About 5 months ago (Feb), a friend of mine called me to go to a car show. He owns a 92 Supra (stock). I'm like "where did you get your new paint job"? He pulled out the ezdetailer can. He said he washed, clay bar, washed again, dry and ezdetailer. At first i didn't believe him, so he told me to have fun waxing my car every month with the Meguiar's NXT (i used to use). I took the ezdetailer can and sprayed some on my front bumper and windshield. After buffing them off, i was surprised. Then i asked how long he been using this product? He mentioned since last year. He just never told me b/c he knew i was a die-hard Meguiar's fan.

Hmm I wanna try this stuff out. I'm a big Meguiar's fan too. Can you buy this stuff at places like Walmart and Autozone?

They don't sell 'em at any store. Either buy them at their website or (if lucky) some demo peeps sell 'em at Car Wash businesses.

I just use some good old fashioned Meguiar's Gold Class Liquid Wax. It sprinkled this morning and I got these pics...

I use that Ice wax. It's the easiest wax I've ever used and it looks fantastic. It's similar to the product being discussed and easy to find at pretty much any store. A little goes a long way too.

I wouldn't use that to replace a car wash, if anyone did use this to replace a wash your just rubbing dirt into the paint and causing scratches. It must work good as a wax though. How much does it cost?

I cannot comment on said posted product but there are ALOT of exotic, classic, and some modern car owners that prefer this over water simply because water works it's way into spots and can eventually promote rust.
I have witnessed a bunch of well known car detailers that use these products on collector cars and exotics because the owners prefer it. You'd be suprised how it doesn't rub dirt into the paint. I too was extremely skeptical about this process until I have seen it used first hand.

I personally use Menzerna Power Lock paint sealant and use xmt180 pure carnuba wax and the water beading is amazing. I have used alot of auto parts store waxes and the stuff I use now just blows anything like that away.

The only thing I still use the Meguiars Gold class car wash as it is very nice and recomended by alot of people. use it in my foam gun from autogeek.

I cut and buffed my 4runner with 3m products and finished off with the menzerna and XMT180. (black) The paint looked alot smoother, flat, and had more gloss then the windows. Wish I took pics. I'll wash it and take a reflection shit of the truck. I did this process about 2 weeks ago.

Btw I previously used meguiars Gold class paste wax for years as I too am a big fan. Their M105/M205 compounds work wonders!

The stuff is great. I haven't used it onmy 4Runner yet, but I did use it on my Tacoma and I use it a lot on my golf cart. The thing I like most about it is that it makes the colormatched plastic parts look as good as the rest of the body. I have used lots of car waxes and polishes over the years, especially when I used to run the car show circuits and this stuff is high on the list of quality products in my humble opinion.
One othert thing to note, is that if you use it on your wheels, it helps keep brake dust from sticking to them.
I still think that a good three step process once a year or so is a good idea, but for the rest of the time, this stuff is awesome. I buy it by the case, it is cheaper that way.

The world of detailing drives me freaking nuts. There are too many options, too many variables!! Compounds, clays, shampoos, paint cleaners, waxes, polishes, pads, dressings, sealants I can't take it anymore!!
