I recall searching around these forums before building up a 5th full wheel to throw on an aftermarket tire carrier with the consensus that only limited trims would be able to read 5 sensors because they come with 5 from factory. After talking with my dealership they were able to reprogram my 2020 venture edition (which originally only read 4 sensors). I will note that I had to go to 2 different dealerships until the 3rd one was a charm where the service advisor was “sure! We can definitely do that for you! It’ll just take some time to update/change the firmwareâ€. The previous 2 said it wasn’t possible. I guess being persistent paid off!
