My rear sags

I purchased and installed my OME 885/895 last month and the rear of my 4runner seems to be lower that the front. How can I fix this "sag". Anyone else have this problem? If so how did you fix it?

hard to say without knowing your full setup.

but you really have two options. raise the rear (spacer lift would be cheapest) or lower the front (if you're using the bilstein adjustables lower them a notch or put them on the stock setting would probably be the cheapest option)

more expensive options include getting a front bumper and winch to weight it down and level it out...

I have the 885 front coil springs on the OME front strut. I installed the trim packer on the driver side. I also have top plate spacers. For the rear I have just the 885 Springs and the OME Nitrocharger. The front added 3 inches and the rear added 2.5 inches. Would I buy a 0.5 inch spacer for the rear to even it out?

If you added 3 to front and 2.5 to rear, I'm curious to see a picture! Something doesn't sound right

Are you running the top out spacer in the front? I yanked mine to lower it just a bit. As for the back I used an old spacer and cut it down to about and inch.

So in the back I'm running a 3 in HD OME coil and a red neck cut down spacer as well as some custom air bags.

I'm using the top spacer from toytec

You would have to see in person to realize the sag. i'm just looking for a way to level it out

I see the "sag" to me, looks like the front is really high. Can you post a pic of the suspension installed?

Rear looks right, looks like front is 4" or more to me

do the measure like ebg18t said, mine appeared the same, i cut down a 1.5" poly to 1" and added to my rear to look better. Or you can remove the top plate spacers.

Which tires are you going to run later? Depeding on tire size, either remove the top spacers or add some in rear. Thats my thoughts

Post a pic of your cv angles too. Looking at your pic, I guess the front is a tad high.

I have 895's right now so I will compare your height measurements to my 895's.

*** Edit: My rear setup measures 24" from center of hub to bottom of fender in the back.*** Engel Fridge and TJM Recovery kit back there too ~100#

Front(Bottom Tire (265 on 17) to Bottom of Fender) About 38
Rear(Bottom Tire (265 on 17) to Bottom of Fender)About 37

I'm not trying to loose height I'm trying to gain so taking off the plate spacers are a no. I'm planning on just adding the rear spacer. It seems to be a 1 inch difference so I'd just get a 1' spacer.

Ideally I'd really like to run 285's but I'm a broke high-school student. I'd probably take my Dad's KM2 off of his Tacoma if he gets a new set.

You are going to want a little rake, if your even front will still look high, go with some daystar 1.5" you should be able to find cheap

Rear(Center of Hub to Bottom of Fender) About 23 inches

Did you buy the springs new?

I am running the 895 rear and 1" higher than you in the rear. It appears you may have the 895E. They are the same rate, but the "E" version is 1" lower.

Double check the printing on your springs, see if there is an "E" after the numbers.
