I was up in North Carolina last weekend for a few day and rented a brand new 2016 5th gen. After driving it for the weekend I have decided that I like my 06 better. The 5th Gen is a nice truck especially the electronics and the space. However the 4th gen just feels better to drive. Now if and it is a real big IF I had to for some reason get rid of my truck or replace it yeah I would probably go for a 5th gen TE. Mainly because I like what the TE comes with and finding a 09 TE is near impossible.
