My Runner

you can sand and paint it with a rattle can.. wont look too bad or i would just suggest putting over sized washers on and cover it up.

I used bedliner on my bumper so if you want a slightly more rugged look id suggest doing the whole guard with that.

You have a really nice black 4Runner. We all have different opinions on what looks good and such so here's mine:

Remove the roof rack, spare tire on the roof, and front bull bar. :reddance:
 
I appreciate your thoughts! I can take constructive criticism and personal opinions all day long. I've thought long and hard about taking the front bull bar off, I just hate the "bottom lip" look on the newer bumper style. It just sticks out so much

Thought the grill guard kinda adds to that, dont you think? It makes the entire bumper appear to stick out even farther

You have a very nice 4runner as well. I love the finished look of it. I want to eventually get an ARB but I know I'll have to ugrade my front suspension (and maybe rear) I honestly don't know what kind of coils and struts are even on it right now.
