i used 1/2" lexan, if you use plexi then i would go 3/4"

How does it sound? I am getting ready to do 2 10W-7 in my 4 runner.

they sound great, they are great subs they sound good either sealed or ported. i had a single 10 w7 ported w/ 500 watts and was loud as hell. i decided to go sealed so i can enjoy the rest of the music but sill have great bass.
you might want to deaden the back, i do notice so rattles when i'm outside the truck, but can't really hear them from the inside so i'm not in a rush to do that.
but they will still drop low sealed.

the best subs i ever heard,
they get real loud w/ not that much power, but they come alive when you give them a nice amount
