My Window died

I drove up to the bank this morning and the window wouldnt go down. I did get it down about an inch, but it was a "strain" Then it was a strain to get it to go back up. When it goes back up, the window jerks towards the mirror. Is this a window motor problem or do you think its off track? Ohh yeah and it was raining DDDAAAAMMMMMNNNNNIIIIIIITTTTTT
