Mysterious noise from front end

So I've been experiencing a weird grinding noise from the front end of the 4runner when i'm going down hill or when i let off the gas. I can hear it and I can feel it in the pedal. This is only when i let go of the gas or going downhill sometimes. I've been experiencing this ever since i put coil spacers and new shocks up front. I had an alignment done after the lift and I posted a scanned copy for you guys to check it out. The dealership told me they got me into the "green" zone. however i'm not at factory spec for alignments due to the aftermarket coil spacer lift up front. I dont think this is the problem. But if you guys can look into it. I replaced the end link bushings a while back ago also. What i'm guessing it is..is that I probably overtightened the bolts holding the sway bar end links down when we installed the lift up front. Or i might need to replace the steering rack bushing.

again:
grinding sensation in the gas pedal when i let go the gas pedal at any speed..particularly speeds 40mph +

My truck is doing the same thing. I have an alignment tomorrow.


Should i put some weight in the truck to replicated me when i am driving it?
