mystery pigtail for consol buttons

I pulled out the center console to clean it and found a mystery wiring pigtail that appears to go to one of the cutouts for buttons beside the Downhill Assist Control button. It is attached to the same wiring bundle as the cigarette lighter and the DAC switch.

I have a V6 SR5 from early 2003 with no fog lights. Is this possibly the harness for the fog lights? Could I merely find a button and install the lenses and have fog lights?

The pig tail in question is the unplugged and folded back pigtail in the photo.

Pretty sure that's for the second 12v outlet of the smokers kit. If you get the kit it's a plug and play setup. I kind of want one for the second power outlet without losing the factory look.

Not pretty sure, that's 100% what its for (smoker's kit). I still have mine laying around somewhere....................

YES! Forgot about the dual outlet console that come with 2009 Runners.........

This is another project I have in my bag (box) of mods. With the crap weather, I may start. The parts needed to make this happen (I bought them back in Oct) are not aligning right. Some trimming is required to get the outlets "snapped" into the assembly............. I tried EVERY thing and they won't snap in. If I ever figure it out, I'll do a write up.

i thought it fits like the one with pocket and one outlet. make sure you didnt bend a tab out of place.

Based on the wiring digram I have I am pretty sure that the small harness with the red w/ white stripe and green wire is for the 115v AC outlet in the center console.
