Mystery Wiring Harness

As I was installing an engine skid today and crawling around under my 2015 Trail I saw this wiring harness dangling around the front of the transmission on the passenger side. Any ideas what it goes to? It had a melted zip tie around the wire loom as well that matches others seen under the 4Runner. So I’m pretty sure it came off the 4Runner but haven’t had any issues with anything. Help!?!

Looks like the wire to the fog lights. Mine broke off on the passenger side.
