In case anyone was wondering, yup, the N-FAB step bars they make and advertise only for the 5th Gen Trail Edition bolt right up to our 4th Gens. SE anyway... I love these things

Hey guys, I just thought about it, there are 3 mounting pointson each side, each with 2 bolt holes. The mounting points in the front of our trucks are about 5 inches apart. The NFAB's are only about 1.25". So only one bolt will go in on the front mount. You still have 5 mounting bolts to the frame this way, but will be missing one in the front. I forgot about this but wanted to mention it before you guys got these. I ended up tack welding the one side of my front mount to the frame. If you don't weld, I'm sure a good shop will tack it up there for you for a small fee. It's just added assurance, but the 5 bolts with lock washers and loctite should be more than sufficient.

do you know if that was the T1064R for the 10-13 trail edition or the T1464R for the 14-15 trail edition, or are they the same? I got a 2009 trail edition and have a chance on a set of T1464R nfabs
