n00b questions

a few questions that maybe ya'll can help me out with. i could probably use the search function, but it'll probably leave me with more questions.

1. anyone bought/ used the high clearance fenders from www.toyotafiberglass.com? if so, are they any good (quality)?

2. rear window: wtf is causing it to be so slow/ stop mid-way? should do i replace the window motor? both of my Surfs were like this.

3. cranking the torsion bars... good idea or go for the 25mm Sway-A-Way bars? (i'm on a budget) only looking for about 2 in of lift in the front, nothing more. will it still be ok for moderately aggressive off-roading? just crank 'em and run 'em till they break?

4. relocated filter. anyone done it? is it possible to fit an air filter under the wiper cowl? don't really want a snorkel up the A-pillar. i like a "streamlined" look.

My rear window used to be slow and squeak a lot. I would get real slow towards the middle and speed back up. I opened up the tail-gate, cleaned off all the gearing with paint thinner and regressed all the gearing. Then with a damp rag I wiped out the glass guides (some dir had collected there). Now it goes up and down just like it did when it was new.
