Navigation Disc replacement

How to replace the navigation disc, "04" 4Runner Limited Edition, JBL Navigation, have upgrade disc but don't know where and how to replace disc, thanks.

my 2006 ltd is accessed from the front...hit load button, then load disc and
front tilts open, the map disc insert location is just below the cd incert location...

in the rear cargo area, the disc is stored in a compartment in the passenger side fender well. In the top and center of the hump, there's a cover that you can remove and the disc is inside. Should have an eject button just like a cd player. Btw, where'd you get the disc, and how much if you don't mind me asking? I need to update my 03.

Thanks I'll look, belongs to daughter, had disc from 09 camray after upgrading it to newest version

Ok. I'm not sure if the discs are interchangeable like that or not. I know I've found a few folks selling discs from their newer 4th gens and I was told they wouldn't work.
