Navigation DVD update

Hi all. I searched and all I can find is from 2007 when J.A. last updated his thread. I just recently went from taking my 4Runner in to get detailed and that ended up with me having to buy a newly refurbished radio.
Yeah you read that right.
When I dropped off my vehicle to get detailed the shop that had it was supposed to replace a few aged out parts, and then have their guys fully detail it. When I dropped it off on a Friday the radio was working, and when I picked it up on Monday it wasn't. The carpets were soaking wet. Burned out radios happen, but it was just a odd occurrence that my radio was working and then it wasn't. So I found a refurbished one off ebay and had it mailed to my local electronics shop. I picked it up and since then I've noticed my navigation is acting odd. As in as you are driving along the map and the road you are on are not synced.
I have zero proof other than my gut instinct tells me that the shop I dropped off my 4Runner in, someone not only swapped out my radio head unit (there are marks in the dash that were not there before and my face plate had a dink in it that is suddenly gone) and I think they swapped out my 2017 update for a 2013 one. That would explain the DVD not syncing right as I was told once you update it, you cannot go back to any previous DVD's as it won't work right.
So after spending $600 for a refurbished radio, now I need to find another DVD. Besides ordering one from Toyota, anyone have any sellers they last used and want to share a link please? Yes I know I need Gen 2-3 for the DVD.

Whelp....just in case any others run into this. I called Toyota. They only do 10 years worth of updates so the 2013 is the latest...and last. That's fine...its what the cell phone is for.
