Navigation/XM/bluetooth/cd

Once I find my 4runner I'm looking to get a system that will do it all audio wise. Navigation, XM radio, bluetooth, Ipod and cd, ect. Does anyone have this and can recommend a name brand, or company that has a good product and is decently priced.

Also with the navigation is it like the garmin's where you have to update the maps, and is that hard to do in one of these "all in 1" systems.

what did you find out ?

my '08 SR5 has the stock AM/FM/CD, but I would be interested in a NAV/XM update as well

also have controls on the steering wheel, would like to keep that working

my current setup:

If I buy the stock NAV/XM headunit, does anyone know if I will need some kind of addn wiring harness ?
