I currently live in Colville. We're moving south, but that's a different story. 
Colville is a very small town, ~3500 people, but I was happy that we have a Toyota dealer here. They suck. I've bought a few parts there, but we've had bad experiences with both sales and service.
First, my wife went there to look for a new car in 2013. They pretty much ignored her. And when she asked someone about the cars, they didn't seem to want to sell her what she wanted. She left a little upset.
I took my 98 4Runner in for some service (sorry can't recall what) when we first moved here. I asked them to evaluate my rear suspension as it was sagging real bad and I felt it was way too 'loose' feeling. When I went to get it, they had not even done a test drive. :wtf:
I got them to do one, and they reported the truck seemed fine. I asked about the suspension and the play in the steering column, and they said there was nothing wrong. That really bothered me as I KNOW the suspension was shot (I replaced it last weekend).
Anyway, long story short... Carter Toyota in Colville sucks.
Larry Miller (I know it's a chain) Toyota in Spokane is great. We ended up buying my wife a 2013 Corolla S from Mike. We've went back and talked to Mike a few times since while we get the Corolla serviced. I was never really happy with the Corolla, so we're planning to buy a another Camry after we move. We had a 2007 TCH that we sold in 2011 before hiking the PCT and moving to WA.
One last thing about the Colville dealer...
They refused to service our brand new Corolla because we didn't buy it from them.

This area is pretty conservative, so I've run into some issue being a "long hair hippy type", but my wife went there alone and they were still asshats.
If you live in Stevens County and need to use them, just watch your own back as they are only watching out for theirs. I think it's worth the drive to Spokane.
Although one thing about the Spokane dealer... the "upper bracket assembly" on my steering column had an issue. There is a little cam inside that releases the steering column lock that broke. You have to buy the entire assembly. Online it's ~$245. The Spokane dealer wanted $350! I didn't even call my dealer here. :tongue:
