So I bought a 2003 4Runner and never realized it was missing a rear headrest...buyer beware I guess. I looked online and called a body shop that worked on my Tundra on the past, no luck on anything for less than $400. Anyone have ideas on where I could get one for less money? Seems expensive to spend that much

eBay would be your best bet. If some one on there has several other 4runner parts, email them and ask about the headrest. If you can not find one used then try toyotapartsoutlet.com. Just a quick check on there showed one for $296 plus 2.99 shipping. Crazy, but if you really want it, then you want it.
