Need a parts diagram

Had some damage under the rear of my 2005 4Runner. The vapor pump, its hoses, and wiring were damaged. This is the black box that is mounted on the underside of the rear compartment, above the axle and just in front of the spare. It pressurizes the fuel system.

I need a diagram showing this area. The part numbers that were damaged were 82161-35741, 82164-60300 (a wire), 77702-35020 (a hose sub-assy), and 77404-35020 (another hose sub-assy).

Don't know if anybody has a repair book showing this area with exploded parts diagram or something else that would show this area clearly (with the part numbers and corresponding part), but I'd appreciate it very much if somebody did and they could e-mail me a copy. :)

Well, it's in the neighborhood, but not quite what I need. I need a diagram of the vapor recovery pump and its associated hoses and wires. It's a black box that has a pump inside that sometimes goes bad and, when it does, triggers the 'check engine' light and gives the trouble codes for the 'evap pump'. There was a TSB about the evap pump. Anyway, it's inside this black box and has a couple of plastic hoses attached to it. Mine got the wiring and hoses damaged, so I've got the check engine light and the VSC off lights. To really easily see the thing, the spare has to be dropped since the box is mounted on the underside of the floor, above the axle, just in front of the spare (when in the up position). I'd just as soon shut the thing off, but it has the check engine light on and the VSC off. Most aggravating, it pressurizes the tank and fuel filler nozzle so that it's incredibly annoying and time consuming to put any amount of gas in the tank. It backs up and triggers the shut off on the fill handle (or spits back on you). Very slow to fill.....like several minutes for 5 gallons in little squirts. I can't take it anymore!

It's part of the emissions system and what causes a 'check engine' light if you leave the gas cap loose. It senses that the system and tank isn't pressurizing correctly and triggers the error code. If I knew how to take it out (disconnect) and still have the check engine light and VSC lights go out, I'd do it. There's probably some jumper wire trick, but I don't know how.

I think this diagram from that same website is partly what I need. I think the black box is the #4 item and one of the hoses that I need is #6, but it's not the sharpest of diagrams and I can't tell from the limited diagram.

This isn't a parts diagram but maybe this will help... If you look at this and the parts diagram you may be able to pick it out better. Good luck!

Thanks for the good pic.

The bottom portion of the diagram is the money shot. That's the vapor cannister. Those two hoses (actually they're flexible plastic tubes) were damaged. One goes to the tank, the other to the little No.2 cannister. I guess they're made of more rigid plastic (they look like wiring loom material) to resist collapsing, but, while the nearby rubber hoses didn't get any heat damage, the plastic ones melted!

Now if somebody could explain how the connectors on each end of the plastic hoses actually release (they have these tab connectors and are some automobile version of a child-proof cap on medicine, i.e., there's some trick to removing them), then I'd be set.

If there are any pictures of the wiring going to the cannister, that'd be helpful, too.
